CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE OF THE STATE OPERA - RUSE
By participating in a raffle announced by the State Opera - Ruse, the participant accepts and agrees to the following conditions:
- Receiving the rewards
- The participant is obliged to contact the team of the State Opera - Ruse at the phone number indicated in the sent Personal Message on the participant's facebook profile in order to personally receive his/her prize during the working hours of the Opera box office.
NB: Entrants who have locked their account to messages from strangers and who cannot be contacted by the team forfeit their prizes!
- Box office opening hours on performance days are as follows:
- For performances beginning at 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Prizes must be received no later than the day of the performance during opening hours, but not immediately before the start of the performance.
- Publication of photo material
- The participant agrees to have his/her picture, together with the prizes, taken and published in the official social networks and channels of the State Opera - Ruse.
- Time limits for confirmation
- If the participant does not contact the team at the latest by the day before the performance for which he/she has won tickets, he/she automatically loses the right to the prizes.
- In this case, State Opera - Ruse reserves the right to award the prize to another participant in the same raffle or to cancel it for the respective month, transferring it to the next month (with tickets for another event in the program).
- Receipt of prizes through an authorised person
- In the event that the winning entrant is unable to collect their prize in person, they may authorise another person to collect their prize during office hours but no later than the day of the show.
- The participant is obliged to inform the team of the name of the authorised person at the latest one day before the performance and to provide a contact telephone number.
- Conditions of use of tickets
- The won tickets are not subject to revalidation for other seats in the hall (on another line or with a different price category) or for another event, except in case of cancellation or change in the program of State Opera - Ruse (according to General conditions).
- In case of a change or cancellation of the event by the State Opera - Ruse, the Institute reserves the right to determine for which next performance it will provide tickets to the winning participant.
- Responsibilities
- State Opera - Ruse is not responsible for any loss of tickets.
- State Opera - Rousse is not responsible for any changes in the conditions of use of vouchers of partner organizations.
