The Ballet at the State Opera – Ruse, Bulgaria, announces an audition for ballet dancers.
The audition will be held on 14.03.2026 (Saturday) at 14.00 in the ballet studio of the State Opera Ruse, 32 Mutkurova str., fl. 3.
Candidates should send by 12.03.2026 to the email of the Ballet of the State Opera Ruse - ruseoperaballet@gmail.com CVphotos and videos with their performances of ballet exercise and classical variations!
ONLY candidates whose videos are pre-approved will be admitted to the audition!
Candidates admitted to the audition will be explicitly notified!
Candidates admitted to audition must be in the ballet studio no later than 13.00 on 14.03.2026 (Saturday).
Candidates will be judged on the level of performance in a classic exercise.
By decision of the Commission, applicants may be required to present one (1) variation of the classical repertoire and one (1) contemporary solo of their choice. Candidates must bring with them music for solo performances on USB Flash drive.
Approved candidates will be offered contracts for the 2026-2027 season with an option to extend them.
