The ten-year anniversary of the creation of the Ruse Children's Opera, the children and their teachers, chose to celebrate with a festive performance of a new premiere production of the children's musical "Alice in the Land of Dreams". Lyubomir Denev is the author of the music and the libretto based on the books by Lewis Carroll. In the style of the classic musical and with elements of the maestro's favorite musical techniques of jazz, the extraordinary fantasy story comes to life in the cheerful, imaginative and elegant interpretation of the children of the Ruse Children's Opera. With original scenography and costumes created with rich imagination, the performance captivates the audience of all ages - it offers a lively play of the imagination, without limits and with courage as in carefree childhood. All this is achievable because the small and youngest artists of the troupe excite with their sincerity, with their frank and unreserved dedication to their favorite musical art.
