Stilyan Tsvetkov was born on July 29, 1991 in Vratsa.

The young baritone's classical singing lessons began in his childhood years. For several years, he was a member of the famous Ruse children's choir "Danube Waves" and he took part in concerts, festivals, and competitions in the country and abroad, where the choir always won prizes. In 2010, he graduated from the National School of Arts "Prof. Veselin Stoyanov'' - Ruse, specialty Classical singing with teacher Sofka Indjova. In December 2009, the young singer had his first appearance in a concert as a soloist with the Ruse Philharmonic, and in 2010 - his first solo concert in Vratsa. In 2015 Stilyan Tsvetkov graduated from the National Academy of Music "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" majoring in Classical Singing in the vocal class of Prof. Jasmina Kostova and the acting class of Prof. Violeta Gorcheva. Even as a student, he participated in various productions, concerts, and performances of the musicals "Servants" by P. Hadjiev (Iliya), and "Enough" by Em. Gorcheva (Pako), "Shegobishko on the Monkey Island" by G. Kostov (Ailo), also participated in the chamber opera by G. Kostov "Monastery Woes" in the role of Father Nikofor. Since November 2016, Stilyan Tsvetkov has been part of the troupe of the State Opera-Ruse, where he works as a chorister. In addition to his participation in choirs in the repertory titles of the theater, the young singer is also engaged in small roles in almost all productions. Among them are "The Cavalier of the Rose" (Kellner and Lackey), "Maria Desislava" (Bolarin), "The Queen of Chardasha" (Notary Kish), in Countess Maritza (Tschekko). His unique artistic nature, diligence, and ability to work brought him in the last two creative seasons of the Rousse Opera more and more into the focus of attention of the directors and the audience and with bigger roles in the musicals "Man from La Mancha" (Dr. Samson Carrasco) and "Cabaret" (Herr Schultz). In July 2019, Stilyan Tsvetkov debuted in his first main role. The Ruse audience applauded him in the role of Mishka from the operetta "The Queen of Chardasha".

In 2015 Stilyan Tsvetkov graduated from the National Academy of Music ,,Prof. Pancho Vladigerov'' with a degree in Classical Singing in the vocal class of prof. Jasmina Kostova and in the acting class of prof. Violeta Gorcheva. As a student she participated in various productions, concerts and in the performances of the musicals "Sluzhbogontsi" by P. Hadzhiev (Ilia), "Enough" by Em. Gorcheva (Paco), "Shegobishko on the Island of the Monkeys" by G. Kostov (Eilo), and participated in the chamber opera by G. Kostov's "Monastic Woes" in the role of Father Nikophor.

Since November 2016 Stilyan Tsvetkov is part of the State Opera-Ruse company, where he works as an artist-choirmaster. In addition to his participation in the choir in the theatre's repertoire titles, the young singer is also involved in small roles in almost all productions. Among them are his roles in "The Cavalier of the Rose" (Kellner and Lackey), in "Maria Dessislava" (Bolyarin), in "The Queen of Chardache" (Notary Kish), in Countess Maritza (Cheko).

His unadulterated artistry, diligence and efficiency have brought him more and more to the attention of directors and audiences during the last two seasons of the Rousse Opera with his major roles in the musicals ''The Man from La Mancha'' (Dr. Samson Carrasco) and ''Cabaret'' (Herr Schulz).

In July 2019, Stilyan Tsvetkov also debuted in his first central role. The Ruse audience applauded him in the role of Mishka from the operetta The Queen of Chardash.
