The Ballet at the State Opera Ruse, Bulgaria, announces an audition for ballet dancers.
Applicants must be citizens of the European Union and be between 20 and 25 years old.
The audition will be held on 04.10.2025 (Saturday) at 14.00 in the ballet studio of the State Opera Ruse, 32 Mutkurova str., fl. 3.
Candidates should send by 02.10.2025 to the email of the Ballet of the State Opera Ruse - ballet@ruseopera.com, CV, photos and videos of performances of ballet and classical variations!
ONLY candidates whose videos are pre-approved will be admitted to the audition!
Candidates admitted to the audition will be explicitly notified!
Candidates admitted to audition must be in the ballet studio no later than 13.00 (1.00 pm) on 04.10.2025 (Saturday).
Candidates will be judged on the level of performance in a classic exercise.
By decision of the Commission, applicants may be required to present one (1) variation of the classical repertoire and one (1) contemporary solo of their choice. Candidates must bring with them music for solo performances on USB Flash drive.
Approved candidates will be offered contracts for the 2025-2026 Season with an option to extend them.
